Insiders Exclusive is Sweaty Betty’s newly refreshed loyalty programme, designed to be a value-add brand proposition. Whilst keeping in mind the importance of putting the ‘Sisterhood’ at the heart of all consumer touch points.

Insiders Exclusive is a new design system for Sweaty Betty’s loyalty programme which was built on community and gives the Insiders programme value & purpose outside of being a discount tool. The creative concept, based on ‘a personal touch’, looks at invites, product sheets, hand written typography to give a more human and personal touch. Replicating the feeling of personally being invited to an all exclusive event that is a safe space for ALL women who share an interest in Sweaty Betty values and products. The programme will be a fully integrated, personal experience online; where users will have their own hub space to get early access to drops, discounts but also a space to discuss, share stories, build a real community and be invited to physical stores experiences such as debut fashion shows, screenings, VIP events and more…
